How do you get started you may ask?
For steel or aluminium fabricated items:
We have our own factory located in Northern China so it’s very easy to get started.
Just email your drawings and or photos directly to our factory on [email protected] and we will send you an obligation free quote.
Please include the following:
- The surface finish is it galvanised or powder coated etc
- Quantity of the items required
- Drawings with dimensions
- Material you want to use (e.g. mild steel stainless steel or aluminium)
- If the item is an existing item please send a photo as well
For custom plastic components:
We have access to the highest quality and reliable factories in China making it easier to source what you need.
Email your drawings or photos directly to our factory on [email protected] and we will reply with an obligation free quote.
Please include the following:
- The type of plastic material you want to use
- Quantity of the items required
- Drawings with dimensions
- Any special requirement such as UV treatment
- If the item is an existing item please send a photo as well
Once you have sent the details to us via email
We will send you a Quote
Your account manager will contact you with a quote or they may ask for additional information if it is required.
Once you are happy with the quotation and wish to proceed we will send your drawings to you and ask you to sign the drawings and approve them.
Arranging Samples
Once we receive payment for a sample we will go about ordering a sample that meets your specifications and arranging freight and delivery to you whereever you are in the world. We will only charge and pass on to you whatever costs are incurred for the samples and the freight costs to you.
Placing the Order
Once you receive the sample and confirm all is correct and that you require no changes the order can be placed.
Our staff will:
- Invoice you and start production when payment is received
- Put a quality control procedure in place
- Confirm production dates etc
Once the goods are manufactured
Our staff will arrange to send a sample to you to inspect.
Freight and Logistics
Our staff will arrange everything that is required to have your goods shipped from China to your door. You will be hassle free from arranging your own shipping, logistics, permits, tax paperwork or insurance.
